1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate of $20.00. 

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase.

  • Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
